We, mortals destined for worms and flames,
See not the life fully,
Hangs in between the irrevocable mist of
Dreams unfulfilled,
Shadows of infinite losses.
We crave for what is not ours,
Little do we see that is ours.
Then the time flees,
Palsied shakes devour the youth,
Eyes lose their sight,
Ears, their sound,
Lips, their words,
Mind, their memories..
Finally on the doomsday shall a desperate soul
Leave this world to be lost into
The oblivion of a syncopated history.
